These terms and conditions govern the use of the building in Carool known as Waterfall Lodge. The building is managed by Waterfall Lodge Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Waterfall Lodge”).
1. RESERVATIONS.
By making a reservation at Waterfall Lodge, guests agree to be bound by the terms set out below. The business reserves the right to refuse a reservation.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-in time is after 2pm (NSW time) on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is by 10am (NSW time) on the day of departure.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and at the discretion of the owners.
3. BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• Accommodation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Credit card details will be taken for security purposes.
• All bookings may be cancelled without charge up to 14 days before scheduled arrival date. Bookings cancelled up to 7 days before arrival will be liable to pay 50% of the booking or the option to transfer the booking to another date.
• Non arrivals will be charged in full, with no refund or transfer of dates option.
• Any cancellations must be made in writing to admin@waterfalllodge.com.au
• Cancellations due to natural disasters will be eligible for transfer to a new date at the owner’s discretion.
• Guests must provide a valid form of identification at check-in. We must refuse check-in to any guest who fails to provide a valid form of identification.
• By making a reservation at Waterfall Lodge, guests confirm that they have read and understood this policy and agree to comply with it.
4. GENERAL
• Guests are expected to use the accommodation and its amenities in a responsible and reasonable manner.
• Waterfall Lodge is strictly for couples, not parties. Additional guests and/or visitors must be discussed with the owners beforehand.
• Smoking is not permitted inside Waterfall Lodge.
• Any personal belongings left behind will be held by the owners for up to 60 days, after which they will be donated to a local charity.
• Guests must not damage or remove any item from the Lodge. Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Lodge or its contents during their stay.
• Waterfall Lodge is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings. There is a safe available in the bedroom window box.
• Whilst we have put much thought and effort into the welfare of our guests, Waterfall Lodge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the guest.
• By making a reservation at Waterfall Lodge, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
5. CREEK AND WATERFALL AREA
• The owners recognize that the creek and waterfall areas on the property may be attractive to guests. We strongly recommend that guests do not enter the creek or waterfall areas due to the dangers associated with these natural environments. The rocks are sharp and usually slippery and there are numerous holes, trip hazards and steep falls along the creek, some of which are hidden by vegetation. There are no fences or marked trails there, nor signs to warn of dangerous places – it is reserved for wild plants and animals. Guests who choose to enter the creek or waterfall areas do so at their own risk and assume all responsibility for any injury, loss or damage that may result.
• Please do not risk spoiling your stay by injuring yourself.
• By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to assume all risks associated with entering or being present in the creek or waterfall.
6. PETS POLICY
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect the environment and wildlife on the property and ensure the comfort of future guests.
• By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and understood this policy and agree to comply with it.
7. GUEST LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE POLICY
• Guests are expected to use the accommodation and its amenities in a responsible and reasonable manner.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Lodge building and its contents.
• Waterfall Lodge reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged property.
• Any damages must be reported to the owners as soon as possible.
• By making a reservation with the Waterfall Lodge, guests confirm that they have read and understood this policy and agree to comply with it.
